All venues are open from at least 5pm. Please arrive for 7.45pm at the latest in order to have time to grab a drink and be shown to your seats before the show begins at 8pm.
If you are late you may have to wait until the interval so that we don't interrupt the show.
Diners for all events must arrive by 6pm. All dining is before the show.
The show is two hours long with two intervals and ends around 10pm.All nights have a late bar and dancing options.
You pick your ticket up at the door when you arrive, just say your name and we tick you off the list and show you to your seats.
The tickets weren't booked in my name! No drama, just say the name of the person that booked the tickets for you.
Seating is pre-allocated by our computer. When you book you get the best possible seats. (Not that there are any that aren't fab!)
I do or don't want to sit at the front! First let us say that we have a policy where nobody gets picked on - wherever they sit. That said, if you have a preference please contact us and we'll do out best to get you sorted.
Can I buy tickets on the door? We hold a handful of tickets on the door but there's often a queue for them, it's always best to book in advance.
I want to buy additional tickets, will we sit together? Yes you will, if they are in the same name they are automatically grouped. But if you want to sit with others that booked in a different name then just hit the "Want to sit with others!" when you book.

We're very relaxed at Big Night Out and the nightclubs are too, though feel free to dress up, many do! Jeans and trainers are fine - we just ask that no caps or football shirts are worn.
What's the best way for a large group to book (and do you offer discounts?) We know it can be a pain rounding everyone up! We make it easy for you - why not get everyone to book separately and then just click the 'Group Me' button at the bottom. Sorry, we don't usually offer discounts because the shows are so popular. That said, if you are a group of over 25 then give Elle a ring and she might be able to work some magic...
Do you accept stag and hen parties?
Yes of course, as long as you behave yourselves!

Which clubs can I get into with my ticket?
At Leics Sq you get free entry into Bar Rumba, in the same venue.
At Covent Garden
you get free entry to Dirty Martini, Sway or Los Locos before 11pm
At Leeds you get free entry into Tiger Tiger's four clubbing rooms
What's the music like (man)?
All our clubs play a great mixture of commercial dancem R&B and party/club classics with some cheese on the side. Our Leicester Square venue has one of the best sound and light displays in town!
